Outdated rental villa kitchen turns permanent contemporary Chic!
The home was built in around 1995 and was a rental property. The owners decided that they would update the kitchen as they decided not to rent the home any longer. Their vision called for a contemporary kitchen and Anchor Design Center was up for the challenge. One of the main features of the kitchen is the circular red lexan breakfast area which is backlit. This was all custom fabricated to the customer’s specifications. The entire kitchen was gutted and taken down to the studs and the kitchen “triangle” was completely redone. The customers were extremely happy with their one of a kind modern kitchen!
